Vinyasa is a practice of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. In this class we will be using our breath to guide us as we flow through our practice from one asana (posture) to the next. We will build an awareness that links each action to the next- one breath at a time. Each posture building balance, strength, and flexibility. As we synch our movement with our breath, this practice teaches us to use our body, mind, breath, and spirit as one unit, bringing balance and harmony into our lives.
