This slower paced class is more conducive to a mindful and breath-based practice. Explore a variety of poses that range from gentle to challenging, yet explored with stable, self-centering energy and a dose of curiosity. This class is well-suited to newer students, or for those who desire deep concentration within their practice. Enjoy your practice at a slower pace, moving mindfully and breathing deeply as we develop our strength, stability, postural integrity, and balance together on the mat. Open to all levels.
