Lean in. And in. And in. In this practice we will begin with a slower paced vinyasa practice to get our breath and body warmed and juicy, and settle in to longer holding Yin Postures for the later half of the practice. We will explore deep breathing, quieting down the mental chatter & finding inner rhythm, to tap into our many layers of the self from the inside out and allowing us to experience the energy and benefits of the poses. Open to all levels of experience.
