Transition from movement to stillness and become fully aware of all that you carry within you in this deeply mindful practice. Following a brief, flowing warm up, prepare to rest in poses for several minutes, as the aromatherapy, guided meditations, and soothing music accompany your practice. Soften your thoughts, relieve aches, improve your range of motion and joint mobility, and soothe your soul in tranquil sessions that leave you feeling refreshed. Students with physical limitations or injuries, and students with a more vigorous yoga practice will each benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required.
