In our thirty minute sessions as we breathe we will unhook, untangle, clear our minds, gain
perspective and release stress as we allow ourselves to pay attention on purpose in the present
moment with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with whatever is already happening.
Each session will end with a creative Love and Kindness practice.
