Jane’s first yoga experience was on a snowy January day on Martha’s Vineyard in 2001. She went back to class the next day and never looked back. She found her heart’s calling when she encountered Anusara Yoga in 2003. Having completed her initial 200 hour training with Deb Neubauer in 2004, Jane began sharing her love for the art and science of yoga. Jane has over 500 hours of study with Anusara Yoga founder John Friend and other senior teachers like Sianna Sherman, Desiree Rumbaugh, and Todd Norian. Jane’s studies of Tantric yoga philosophy with Dr. Douglas Brooks and Dr. William Mahony elevate her classes to a refined experience that simultaneously shifts the body, heart, and mind. Jane specializes in using Anusara alignment to help people recover from injury and chronic pain conditions. Expect to move and be moved in Jane’s inspiring, challenging, and fun classes.
