This class is an invitation to explore and witness the self; using the body as a gateway to notice what serves you and let go of what doesn’t.  We will center, ground and balance our body, mind and spirit through a series of salutations, standing, seated and reclined poses; integrating the five movements of the spine, bringing better mobility into the hips and inversions.  This is a mixed level practice; all levels welcome.
